You have 14 days to get a policy after your initial deposit.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Initial deposits are refundable up to 72 hours after time/date of registration, after the 72-hour timeframe your deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE.
Full payment or Final payment for this trip will need to be completed on or before September 6th, 2024. Your final payment is NON-REFUNDABLE upon it's due date of September 6th, 2024. If you cancel your trip at any time after the 1st payment has been made you will need to file a claim with your insurance provider to reclaim any funds paid towards your trip.
If for any reason CIRCLE THE GLOBE TRAVEL or its affiliates, are not able to visit our desired destination this trip will be postponed to a later date and time. If you cannot make the dates for the rescheduled trip, you will have the option to go at your leisure on your own. In some cases, we may be able to (depending on the dates) roll over monies paid to CIRCLE THE GLOBE TRAVEL for the future. In the event you opt out of either option you will be responsible for filing a claim with your insurance provider to recoup any monies paid.

The 360-square-foot Luxury King features all the lavish amenities of a Deluxe King room, but with a gorgeous, Las Vegas Strip view. Comforting touches include a pillow-top king bed and a sitting area with a sofa and corner chair. The Luxury King captures the feel of a Parisian-style apartment with hardwood floors and antique trunk-style furniture. The bathroom offers a window and a rain shower experience. The room also has a 55-inch flat-screen TV, fine bath products and elevator lobby coffee service.

The Luxury 2 Queen room measures 360 square feet with a Strip View and includes two pillow-top queen beds, corner chair and armoire.
