About this trip

Come join us to get out of your mind and into your body. A heathy-ish adult weekend, all-inclusive experience to relax, have fun and connect with yourself and others thru yoga, healthy living classes , wilderness hikes, evening bonfire, labyrinth, zipline, fitness and group activities. Do what you want or nothing at all.. Geared for the casual yogi 'or not'. Never done yoga...perfect! What a great place to try it out. Spend the weekend in a log cabin nestled among 500 serene acres.

Adults only

Only adults 21 and older of all genders, colors, sexualities, backgrounds, and experiences are welcome to attend this event. So far our youngest camper is 21 and our oldest camper is 77. No pets or children allowed. Unless your pet or child is a teddy bear. 

Big No-Nos

No illegal drugs, no outside alcohol,  no smoking outside of designated  area.

  • Accommodations
    Large and small group dorm style rooms. Shared bathrooms.
  • Food
    All meals, snacks, and drinks. Healthy home-style meals....yes there will be meat and coffee
  • Activities
    yoga/fitness for all levels, healthy living classes, arts and crafts, games.
  • Hiking
    Take a guided sunrise group hike around the lake or self explore during your stay
  • Labyrinth
    Give it a go and learn about walking meditation
  • Bonfire
    Weather-permitting, we'll gather around the fire to share stories, release tension and 'oh yeah!' Make s'mores.
  • Zipline
    Need a little something bigger to get out of your mind? Take a trip on the 600 foot zipline
  • Water front
    row boats, canoes, and kayaks to use
  • Linens
    A sleeping bag and your favorite pillow should suffice unless you want more. All beds are twin size
  • BYO - bring your own
    BYO Yoga mat- we will have a few available, water bottle and lawn chair if you so choose
  • Personal items
    Toiletries, bath towel, flip flops for shower
  • Refunds
    Life happens. If something comes up we will gladly give you credit towards a future retreat. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to 1st day of retreat will receive 50% applied towards a future event

Beth Duren Bochicchio
Beth is a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200) who completed her yoga teacher training at Bloom Yoga Fitness Studios in Southington, CT. She has also completed Restorative training under the direction of Jillian Pransky and is a certified Les Mills Body Flow instructor. Beth believes in making yoga accessible to a wide range of people by respecting the uniqueness of each person. Her classes are based on Vinyasa flow yoga, using movement to safely warm up the muscles and joints, integrated with the breath to help the body and mind to relax and focus. Through guidance and encouragement she likes to lead her class through sequences to make them feel more at home in their body becoming stronger, more flexible, and empowered. Beth is dedicated to being a forever student of fitness and a healthy lifestyle. She finds it a great joy and privilege to be able to share her love of yoga with you.
