Join me for an invigorating and rejuvenating day out at the beautiful town of Stinson Beach.  Feel the sand between your toes and smell of the ocean air.  Connect with nature and take a break from all the distractions.  This is  an opportunity to reflect, reconnect with yourself and even make new friends.  Stinson Beach is just a 35-minute drive from the Golden Gate Bridge.  It is truly a special place.


The afternoon will start with a yoga practice, designed to challenge and energize you.  We will move, breathe and meditate.  After class we will have a break, you can walk around town, hang on the beach, go on a hike, or even boulder!  There is an amazing chef that will be preparing us a special dinner.  After the break, we will share a delicious, California inspired, family style meal.


Registered participants will be sent additional information, including the location, what to bring, and carpool options.
