Join us for a 2-night stay to continue celebrating the Fall Equinox with a Yoga Retreat in Cape May, New Jersey—a sacred time of balance as we transition from the energy of summer into the grounding rhythm of fall. This retreat is your invitation to pause, reflect, and nourish your body and spirit in a peaceful coastal setting.


Each day will begin with gentle beach meditation, allowing you to connect with the calming rhythm of the ocean and set an intentional tone for the day ahead. Our yoga practices will include a blend of mindful flow and deeply restorative sessions, offering both movement and stillness to support your nervous system and inner balance. You’ll also be immersed in the healing vibrations of a sound bath experience, designed to promote deep relaxation and energetic reset.


Throughout the weekend, you’ll be nourished with thoughtfully prepared meals by holistic chef, Jocelyn Hoppa - crafted to support your well-being and enhance your retreat experience.


This retreat is perfect for anyone looking to unwind, reconnect with themselves, and embrace the seasonal transition with intention, clarity, and ease.

Meet our private chef, Jocelyn Hoppa

Jocelyn is a certified holistic chef specializing in nourishing, health-centered cuisine and specialty diets that support mind–body wellness. She trained at Bauman College, a Berkeley-based program rooted in the therapeutic use of food, whole-food cooking, and sustainable sourcing. For the past two years, she has been part of the team at Sweet Amalia Market + Kitchen (named one of NJ’s best by The New York Times), and continues to create mindful, restorative meals for private events and wellness retreats.

Mornings will include coffee, tea local breads and goods as well as fruit and yogurt.

Seasonal, nourishing, rustic, mostly vegetarian meals inspired by early fall coastal ingredients.
