Our yoga practices will include a blend of mindful flow and deeply restorative sessions, offering both movement and stillness to support your nervous system and inner balance. You’ll also be immersed in the healing vibrations of a sound bath experience, designed to promote deep relaxation and energetic reset.
Throughout the weekend, you’ll be nourished with thoughtfully prepared meals by holistic chef, Jocelyn Hoppa - crafted to support your well-being and enhance your retreat experience.

Jocelyn is a certified holistic chef specializing in nourishing, health-centered cuisine and specialty diets that support mind–body wellness. She trained at Bauman College, a Berkeley-based program rooted in the therapeutic use of food, whole-food cooking, and sustainable sourcing. For the past two years, she has been part of the team at Sweet Amalia Market + Kitchen (named one of NJ’s best by The New York Times), and continues to create mindful, restorative meals for private events and wellness retreats.
