I had informed naru academy that I will not be able to attend the camp. I did receive response but it was extremely late. When I asked for the refund and sent the bank account details, since then I got no reply. A person named Cristian was responding to my father's emails regarding the refund however he has been unresponsive for the past few weeks. I have even received my refund where I asked for it weeks ago. I'm sorry to say but this service is really disappointing.
