Each day a private chef will prepare 3 delicious meals for your enjoyment.
We will break up the day with yoga, pool time, relaxation with ample free time for excursions.
Child care is included for 3 hours daily, during 4 of the 6 days in the retreat.
You deserve some yoga yourself, don't you think? That's why we will utilize one hour of childcare daily to ensure that you will get some yoga for yourself.
The additional hours of childcare can be used at your discretion.
There is plenty of things to do nearby including hiking, beaches, and shopping downtown.

Shayna began her yoga journey 5 years ago with her desire for quiet meditation and a place to escape the mind from over a decade in the restaurant industry. Shayna's yoga practice allowed her to break free from the anxiety of everyday life, and silence the constant thoughts racing from a busy industry.
Shayna completed her 200-hour teaching certification in December 2014 and is currently completing her 500-hour Teaching Certification.
Carol loves helping people learn about their bodies and themselves through yoga. She focuses on mindfulness, encouraging students to reach within themselves, to slow down and find their grounding.
Carol has been teaching since 2002 and has E-RYT 500 certification with Yoga Alliance. Carol also holds a master's degree in education and is a former elementary and middle school teacher.
