Cancellations
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us at info@fantasticvibez.com

ALL INITIAL DEPOSITS are NONREFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. 

If your trip is paid in full, the deposit will be deducted from the total paid based on the date of the refund request, in accordance with the timeline below.  

• Cancellations made on or before January 1st, guest(s) will receive a full refund, excluding the deposit.

• Cancellations made January 2nd through February 30th, guest(s) will receive a 75% refund, excluding the deposit.

• Cancellations made March 1st through May 31st, guest(s) will receive a 50% refund, excluding the deposit.

• There will be NO refunds for cancellations made on/after June 1st.

If a cancellation is needed after June 1st, please feel free to sell your room.

Any request to amend or change a booking once it has been confirmed will be subject to availability.

Late and/or missed payments are subject to cancellation of the reservation. 

No refunds will be issued for NO SHOWS regardless of transportation issues due to illness, death, canceled, or delayed flights, and/or problems with any other means of transportation. Please protect your trip with optional travel insurance.
