Join us for a transformative 3-day retreat designed to support couples in deepening their connection through the practice of "Conscious Coupling." Together, we'll explore how old "Inner Child" patterns may still be influencing your relationship — and guide you in releasing these energetic blocks.

Through a powerful blend of Fascia Release and Conscious Dialogue, you'll learn to bring greater awareness, open communication, and self-responsibility into your relationship. Our intention is to help you become more fully present and connected with yourself and your partner, creating space for profound healing and growth in your primary relationship.

Alyssa Martini is a social worker with over 15 years of experience in working with families, adults and children. Through active listening and crisis intervention, Alyssa harnesses the empowerment model to help individuals identify needs to strengthen the family unit. Alyssa practices a holistic approach by recognizing the many intertwining components that can assist individuals in healing traumas, bettering relationships and increasing self-confidence that can lead to a more joyful life.
