Maria and Bethany created such a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment that made it easy to learn, explore, and grow, not only as a practitioner, but as a person. The balance of hands-on practice, thoughtful instruction, and self-exploration was exceptional. Their teaching style is knowledgeable, grounded, and encouraging, and they genuinely care about each participant’s learning experience. I left with new skills, a deeper understanding of myofascial decompression, and, perhaps most importantly, a renewed sense of confidence in my work. The energy of the group was incredible, and the experience reminded me why I love this work so much. I walked away feeling inspired, reconnected to my purpose, and excited to bring what I learned into my practice. The entire experience was absolutely amazing! Maria and Bethany were hands on and very thorough and open with their training and techniques. Altogether the trip, training and experience was enlightening and therapeutic.

It is almost silly to try and put into words the experience. Safe, welcoming, kind, unapologetic straight foward, I appreciate well used profanity (Maria tone and energy makes you smile when she does) connected and grounded. To witness the change in everybody at the end was humbling. So much positive, open and anticipatory energy. I saw individuals who presented as hopeless radiating with the joy of new hope and love for self. It has done much for me. Highly recommend

I just did Maria Alfieris’ 2-day workshop in Aubrey, Texas and honestly… it was such a great experience. The whole setting with the horses made it feel really relaxed but also meaningful at the same time. I met a lot of women from different places and backgrounds, but we were all there to learn the same thing, and that made it easy to connect. I ended up leaving with new friendships and solid contacts in similar fields, which I didn’t even expect. Maria explains things in a way that just makes sense. It wasn’t overwhelming at all, and being able to watch her and then try it ourselves made a huge difference. You don’t need any experience going in, which I liked and it felt very welcoming and easy to follow. Overall, I got a lot out of it, both personally and professionally. I’m definitely planning on going to more of her workshops in the future. If you’re thinking about it, I’d say go for it because it is 100% worth the experience.
