Fascia Release & Beyond Two-Day Workshop with the Horses in Holland

Maria is looking forward to this beautiful 2-day workshop in Holland! Come enjoy a special day where the horses will graze and join us with their energy to help and facilitate healing. The horses have powerful intuitive energies and they will be around and about us as we learn to fascial release each other on the tables. We will use their energy to support ourselves and enhance our healing experience.

This workshop will be inside a big rink with the horses.

Fascia Release & Beyond is an integrated workshop where we will spend 2 days learning about fascia release, the integration of foam rolling, yoga positions, and stretching postures.  We will dive deep into the energetics of fascial release, as well as the emotional causation and SOMATIC release that working with the fascia brings to all of us.
