Fascia Release Workshop in the Pasture with the Horses

Maria's looking forward to another beautiful 1-day workshop with the horses! Come enjoy a special day at a beautiful farm where the horses will graze and join us with their energy to help and facilitate healing. The horses have powerful intuitive energies and they'll be around and about us as we learn to fascial release each other on the tables out in the pasture. We will use their energy to support ourselves and enhance our healing experience.

8:15 am - arrive, set up, registration. Please plan to arrive between 8:15 AM - 8:45 AM LATEST.

Join Maria Alfieris for this one-day full body fascial release workshop - all are welcome!
Learn how to use your hands as you facilitate healing of the body by activating your inner physician and up-leveling the immune system. Maria will teach the tools of fascial release in a simple and easy fashion. Everyone in class will be partnered up, using massage tables, to learn techniques for the following parts of the body: head, neck, shoulders, upper back, rib cage, organs, low back, hips, legs, knees and ankles. Learn how to relieve pain and activate the immune system by unblocking the meridian system along with releasing old physical and emotional trauma. This workshop is for all who want to experience and deepen in their self love and healing journey.

What to Bring***

Massage Table -we ask that our registrants bring a massage table if they can. Please let us know on the registration form if you have one already or can borrow or rent one from a colleague/friend/family member.
