I had an incredible time. She not only teaches, but holds space for growth. I would recommend this to anyone who is new to body work, or just finding themselves on their healing journey. Take advantage of this course and learn all that Maria and the attendees have to offer. I will be going back if the opportunity arises.

I attended Maria's two-day workshop. Love her energy she makes things simple, and with great humor makes time fly by. After the workshop I left feeling lighter and with less pain. Her techniques integrate more than the physical aspect it brings magic to the equation that fosters a connection to the patient.

I'm a licensed massage therapist that has been doing myofascial release and energy work for 7 years. I've been following Maria on IG for a very long time. I learned some of the releases that I use in my technique from her videos so, to have to opportunity to meet and learn from her in person was EVERYTHING! Her energy is so warm and welcoming and her technique is phenomenal. I was able to release so much trauma from my body. My inner child thanks you, Maria! I'll definitely be back when she holds the 2 day workshop.
