We are excited to invite you to join us for a one day workshop of learning fascia release! Partner up to give & receive release, foam roll & learn self-myofascial release to facilitate healing.

• Comfortable clothing
• Yoga Mat
• Massage table (if you have one)
• Foam Roller (if you don’t have one, you can also bring a foam pool noodle or similar item)
• Sheets & Pillows
• Lunch
• Water
