We intend to offer activities and accommodations equal to or superior to those listed in the itinerary below, however all are subject to change based on availability and scheduling. Anytime up until April 14th if you wish to withdraw your reservation, you will be promptly refunded your $50 per person deposit. The trip is contingent on 24 or more guests registering for the trip by April 14th. Please do not make plane reservations until being notified that we have reached 24 guests. Our concierge travel agent will be happy to help you with plane reservations if necessary at that time. Travel insurance will also be available at that time and is encouraged. When we reach 20 guests, you will receive more information about setting up a payment plan to pay in full by April 14th. If we do not reach 24 guests, you will be notified and promptly refunded your deposit.
