It's crucial to thoroughly review your package details to make the most informed decisions and understand our Terms and Policies.

1.  Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Policies.

2.  All payments to Langford Travel, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable.  This is a significant commitment, so we advise you to purchase a Travel Insurance Plan to protect your investment. 

A 'CANCEL FOR ANY REASON' Insurance policy is the most comprehensive plan and must be purchased within 7 to 14 days of making your deposit.   Most insurance plans can be purchased up to final payment or in some cases 24-hrs prior to travel.  Be prepared for the unexpected, such as the global shutdown due to COVID-19.  

3.  It's essential to make reservations in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. This will help avoid any issues during your travel.  

4.  The payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current.  Monthly automatic payments will be processed to your preferred credit/debit card that you register with.  Our payment processing system is secured and encrypted for your safety and security. 

5.  If sharing a room with a roommate, choose your roommate wisely.  You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.  NOTE:  Should your roommate cancel, we will update your reservation to a "Single Occupancy" room rate.  You will have an opportunity to add a new roommate if you desire. 

6. You can log onto WeTravel 24 hours a day / 7 days a week to review your account.  Name corrections or changes after final payment will incur a $100.00 change fee plus any fees incurred by the supplier/vendor.  

7. All late payment requests must be approved by management. Failed or missed payments without prior authorization and accounts that are not current will be charged a $50.00 per person late fee for each incident. 

8.  Langford Travel LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation with an outstanding past-due payment amount.  Accounts that are past due by two payments will be automatically canceled.  

9.  Cancelled reservations will incur a $100.00 (per person) processing fee to reinstate the booking. Canceled reservations are non-refundable.  Travel protection or travel insurance is highly recommended. 

Make your reservation early to keep your monthly payments low. 

THE FINAL PAYMENT DATE IS APRIL 15, 2026

1.  Any reservations made after the deposit deadline are subject to room availability. 

2. ALL/EACH room occupants must pay the deposit to reserve the room. 

3.  Prices are PER PERSON.  Everyone on your reservation or attending MUST book and pay the listed price.  

4. Payments are invoiced through WeTravel, a secure payment processing system developed especially for travelers and travel sellers. You will receive payment reminders at the email address you used to register.

5.  If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please email us at reservations@langfordtravelagency.com.  We are here to make your experience as seamless as possible. We understand that sometimes, things do not go as planned.   Please notify us promptly if you need to adjust your payment due date.  

6. Participation in the festivities can only be purchased from the group organizers. Packages are NOT à la carte. Only registered guests are permitted to participate in private group activities. 

If you cancel your reservation, payments are non-refundable. Langford Travel LLC has negotiated special pricing with vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way, we can keep your packages low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

COVID-19 and the economy has taught us that "anything can happen".  Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse.  Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more.  

You are highly encouraged to select and purchase travel insurance for your domestic and international tours. Protect your investment. Anything can happen: a missed flight, getting ill while on vacation, or a family emergency. Below is a link to several insurance companies.  We highly recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy. A Cancel For Any Reason policy is the most comprehensive plan available.  

If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (and you should)  most carriers require that you buy the policy within 7 -14 days of the initial purchase/deposit and some the day of your initial deposit. Read the terms of the policy carefully and if you have any questions, contact the insurance provider at 1-877-906-3950.

PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE HERE

1.  Our vendors require timely payments. We cannot extend credit to anyone making late payments or incurring missed payments. Therefore, we will be enforcing our failed and late payment policy. A fee of $50 (per person listed on the reservation) will be assessed for all late or failed payments. Any account 2 months behind will be canceled. A $100 fee is required to rebook and is subject to available inventory.

2.  Any changes, such as roommate changes, occupancy changes, category changes, etc., within 90 days of departure will be assessed a $100 change fee per occurrence/incident. 

All credit card payments will incur a standard 2.9% + $.30 transaction fee for Visa/Mastercard or 3.9% + $.30 for AMEX plus 1% to WeTravel for processing. 

**If a user pays by credit card, the combined transaction and credit card fees are 3.9%+30c (1%+30c + 2.9%) for Visa/Mastercard or 4.9%+30c (1%+30c + 3.9%) for AMEX plus 1% to WeTravel for processing.**

If you reserve a spot during a Pre-Sale, you will receive a CODE to add your $50 pre-sale deposit to your reservation. 

**BOOKING A RESERVATION**

1.  Are the prices listed "per person" or "per room"?  Prices listed are "Per Person." Each person listed on the reservation or attending the trip MUST pay the listed price [including children].  

2.  Can my roommate and I book and pay separately?  Absolutely! It's as easy as selecting the DBL/TRPL occupancy room category and 1 person at checkout.  Enter your information, and don't forget to list your roommate's name.  Pay your deposit, and you're all set.  Your roommate will follow the same steps, and we'll pair each of you in your room. Remember, it's important to select the same room type and list each other as roommates.  If the room type is not available, send us an email or give us a call so that we can assist you. 

3.  If my roommate cancels, what should I do?  You can get another roommate or transfer to a single occupancy room category.  You will be responsible for paying the difference in price. Reservations are not transferrable once we have reserved your room with the resort and suppliers. Any changes after securing your reservation with the resort will incur a change fee.  **SEE TERMS & CONDITIONS POLICY**

4.  Are children and youth welcome on this trip?  Yes, children and youth are welcome. The Grand Palladium Complex is a "Family-Friendly" property.  Special pricing will apply.  

NOTE: We welcome children and youth to join families at the resort. However, some of our Private Events for the Destination Delta - Island Fundraiser are "ADULT ONLY" .  Unless otherwise noted, the minimum age to be present with the main group is 18.  The TRS Turquesa Hotel is an ADULT-ONLY Property.

Excellent facilities and fun activities are scheduled day and night. Hydrotherapy at Zentropia Palladium Spa & Wellness (an extra charge does apply).  **NOTE:  Guests staying at TRS Turquesa have access to the entire Grand Palladium Complex.**

1.  Is there WiFi at Grand Palladium Resort Complex/TRS Turquesa Hotel? 

Each complex offers free WiFi throughout. *Check with your phone carrier regarding international roaming charges.  

2.  How far from the airport is the Grand Palladium Complex? The Grand Palladium Complex/TRS Turquesa is approximately 16 km from the Punta Cana PUJ airport, approximately 20 minutes.

After clearing customs, your transportation will be waiting to take you to the Grand Palladium Complex (instructions will be emailed). Arrive early, even if your room isn't ready! The Bellmen will check your bag and you can enjoy the resort.  Try to sneak in a little rest before it is time to kick things off at the Welcome Party!!!
