It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Las Majadas. It’s rare to find a hotel with this quality of staff. From the waiters, receptionists, house keepers, bar staff, managers, they were all so polite, helpful, pro-active, knowledgable and a delight to be around. They all went out of their way to make us feel at home. We had a tour of the palace and grounds with Benjamin and a wine tasting with Javier, both of whom were so knowledgeable and passionate. We had a great waiter called Victor at dinner times who was engaging and humorous and made our meals an enjoyable experience. We had a lovely bar tender called Marco at the pool. The evening receptionists went out their way to help me find a charger for my broken phone. The rooms were spacious, light and airy and the grounds were delightful. The only regret we had was that we couldn’t stay longer.

The hotels staff excelled in service and attention to detail. The hotel has an understated elegance, lovely private grounds and amenities.

Amazing place and great service. All staff are very polite and eager to help and improve your experience during your stay. The gastronomy must be mentioned; it is unique and delightful.
