Very fine excursion experience. Noelia was an excellent tour guide. Guillermo was a good driver. We enjoyed the tour of Parque National de Tierra del Fuego. Noelia provided us with a lot of good information about the Ushuaia area. We were a small group of 4, so we also enjoyed the company of a couple from Scotland. The End of the World train ride was great with views of water falls and lovely terrain. I highly recommend this tour.

Please note that this review is only on the logistics surrounding booking this private tour, since we were unable to actually take the tour. I appreciated the initial responsiveness while selecting the tour, and discussing our needs for special accommodations. I first had concerns when it appeared that that the initial price discussed was going to be increased substantially while finalizing the reservation, but they ended up honoring the initial price as discussed. My next concern was when I was told I needed to make full payment for the tour at the time of booking. I asked about the cancellation policy, and I was sent a copy of it. When I did not see anything that I perceived as clear information for cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, I inquired further about how that would be handled. After several text message exchanges about this question, I was eventually assured that a refund would be offered in that circumstance. I then paid for the tour in full. Shortly thereafter, I departed for the trip. I was unable to arrive at the destination due to the airline delaying, and ultimately canceling, our flight. I notified them 6 days prior to the date of our scheduled tour that we were going to be unable to make the tour, as a result of the flight cancellation. No refund was offered to me, so I directly requested a refund. I was told that my request would be submitted to management and then they would let me know. I inquired about the status of the refund soon thereafter, and I was then asked for proof that our flight had been cancelled. I provided it. That was 13 days ago. I am still waiting for news on the refund.

Absolutely woderful

The boat tour with Tolkeyen provider was very good, the other 2 tours (especially the one to Laguna Esmeralda) not recommended because very expensive for less than half day experience and shorter than communicated

What an amazing catamaran cruise on the Beagle Channel from Ushuaia! We saw whales, cormorants, frolicking, loud seals with their pups, a crab-catching boat bringing in and showing off for us their generous catch of HUGE king crabs as we gently throttled and drifted near them while they brought in their cages from underwater. We also had a short nature walk on an island covered with various beautiful local flora. It was truly a memorable short journey worth every peso and more!
