About this trip

Enjoy three days at Walt Disney World Resort.   Visit one park per day: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, or Hollywood Studios.  The park tickets are only valid for the dates of the trip. 

Contract Stipulations

 

1. The package price is subject to change should additions or deletions to the total number of participants occur.  The trip price is based on 80 paying travelers and the number of persons per room. The price for student registrations is set for quad/triple occupancy rooms.  The chaperone options are available for both double and single occupancy. Once the room sign-up is complete, we will revise the pricing based on the total number of paying travelers and the rooming list.

2.  Arrangements in this contract are subject to availability at the time of registration. The tour price is subject to change in the event of any increase by vendors. Any items and matters not referred to in your itinerary/contract are not included in the tour price. This can include, but is not limited to, items such as international and domestic airfare, checked and/or excess baggage, passport and visa fees, trip protection and/or insurance of all kinds, gratuities not listed in your itinerary/contract, laundry, phone calls, beverages and meals not detailed in itinerary; Optional Experiences; and all items of personal nature. Foreign governmental and non-governmental entities may collect additional taxes and surcharges. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive, as it does not include every item not mentioned. 

Payment deadlines

 All travelers are aware of the payment schedule.  WeTravel will send a reminder before the payment due date, allowing travelers to update their payment method if needed.  Any travelers who do not make their payment on the trip due dates are subject to removal from the trip with no refunds.  Anyone with a need to delay their payment must notify their teacher in advance, and the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.  All payments are non-refundable.  


Deposit date:  September 15, 2025:  $150.00 per person due

October 27, 2025:  $300.00 per person due

January 30, 2026:  $300.00 per person due  

February 15, 2026:  Rooming list sign-ups (if you are not current with payments, we will not be able to honor your requests for room assignment until your account is up to date)

March 30, 2026:  Final payment TBD by rooming list and final numbers on the trip

Optional Travel Protection

To help protect your investment of travel and to help protect yourself while you are away, consider purchasing travel protection from Travel Insured International. What's not included

Snacks

Please pack snacks for the motorcoach and for the park days. We ask that you avoid foods that can cause stains (red foods, orange foods, etc.). Drinks need to be clear and in closeable containers.

Souvenir Money

Please budget for your trip for any additional souvenirs you may want to purchase.

Bottled Water

We encourage each traveler to bring extra bottled water for the trip.

Before starting Superior Travel and Tour, Melanie taught middle school and high school band for 11 years.
