Below is some information to help you through the booking process.

PAYMENTS

All prices and payments are in Euros. Payments can be made:

Electronic fund transfers (EFT) / Bank Transfer

• 50% deposit required to secure the booking.
• Payments can be made in full or in Installments - this can be arranged with Claire. 

Credit Card Via WeTravel 

• We do not accept American Express.
• 50% deposit required to secure the booking.
• Payments can be made in full, no installments possible.

Balance payable 4 weeks (30 days) prior to arrival

Bookings made less than 6 weeks (42 days) prior to retreat must be paid in full.

We do not offer discounts if unable to attend the full retreat.

Should the deposit / balance of payment not be received within the time frame specified, you will be in breach of our T&C's. You will be given 24hrs to make the payment and if not, Silver Island Yoga Ltd reserves the right to cancel your booking(s) and to charge the applicable cancellation fees set out below. 

CANCELLATIONS:

If you cancel your booking, cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation and have responded having acknowledged the cancellation. If you cancel your retreat:

• 30 days or more prior to the retreat start date, we will retain the non-refundable deposit;
• 30 days or fewer prior to the retreat date, we will retain 100% paid by you in connection with the booking.

We advise you take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking, which will help cover any cancellation fees. If you fail to join a retreat, arrive after the commencement of the retreat, or leave the retreat prior to its completion, no refund will be made.

SHARED OR SINGLE OCCUPANCY

We only take 11 guests per week. We have one single occupancy room, situated in the main house. All our other rooms are based on two people sharing in 5 rooms. We will make sure that the person you are sharing with will be of the same gender. If you do not want to share and the single occupancy room is already taken, we unfortunately do not offer other single supplements, so you will need to buy both beds in the room.

RETREATING FOR TWO OR MORE WEEKS

If you would like to book for two weeks, we will treat you to the Saturday night between retreats at a local hotel, in our picturesque village, so you can enjoy some Greek culture. You will return to the Island on the Sunday with the new guests.

WELLNESS QUESTIONNAIRE

Once you have booked you will receive an email about a month before your retreat start date that included a link to our online wellness questionnaire. This is a prerequisite to your stay with us, so please complete it when asked to do so. You will not be able to join a retreat with us, without completing this form.

INSURANCE

You must have full travel insurance to cover the activity of this holiday.
