Let's take a break from the workshops and spend a day enjoying what Panama has to offer! This will be your opportunity to build friendships, learn something new and capture content you can use for your own business.

Today's Excursion Destination: Meseta de Chorcha Waterfall

The Chorcha Plateau is an iconic landmark in the province of Chiriquí. Ascent up the fairly steep terrain for 1.5 hours to discover this beautiful plateau that overlooks the Gulf of Chiriquí. During your hike you will likely see many forms of wildlife. Once on top of the plateau a guide will meet you for a horseback ride to the waterfall and you will be treated to a Panamanian style lunch while taking in the vistas. During rainy season the rivers and pools that lead into the waterfall are exhilarating and adventurous to swim in. 

Duration: 4 hours

***You will have the rest of the day to relax at El Regalo by the pool, go to the nearby beach and spend time with your fellow entrepreneurs

• Split into two groups 
• Go in a circle and present a business ideas
• Highlight one person at a time

> Lunch break

> Afternoon Workshop: 2 Hours of headshots (20 minute time slots)

• On the beach or at El Regalo Resort
• Half the group will do headshots during this time slot
• Mini group session will take place while rest of group is getting headshots with the photographer

> Dinner at El Regalo

>Pajama Night/ Girls Night

• Games
• Drinks + snacks

Today's Excursion: Gulf of Chiriqui Island Hopping Tour

Explore the pristine  waters of the Gulf of Chiriqui while visiting three of its most representative islands. First, we head to the turquoise waters and white sand beaches of Isla Bolanos, where you can snorkel along the coral reefs. We then move to Isla Parida, home to lush primary forests and beautiful  beaches, to enjoy a delicious Panamanian meal with a refreshing drink. Then, take a swim at the beach in Isla Gamez, an icon of the Gulf due to its relaxing, clear waters.

Duration: 4-5 hours

• Split off in groups and create content: Reels, IG posts, copy, etc.
• Paige & Michelle will be available for questions, brainstorming and tutorials
• Spend time with group and take advantage of the opportunity to brainstorm together

> Lunch Break

> Second Group of Headshots: 2 Hours of headshots (20 minute time slots)

• On the beach or at El Regalo
• 2nd half of group - 6 people sign-up
• Other half of group does mini workshop with Michelle
• Group photo at the resort and on the beach

> Group photo at the resort and at the beach before dinner

> Farewell dinner

• Get dressed up

***Guests can pack for departure during free time
