Boat was late, because crew had to vote and one of the engines broke down, but was fixed quickly. We left with 1 or 1,5 hour delay. There was a conflict with another passenger, something about seating? Arranging the ferry was easy. Liked the wifi on board. Seas were smooth, easy sailing that day :)

We are glad we booked our ferry tickets in advance so we could plan our visit.  Everything went smoothly, our names were on the list and we didn't need to show any paperwork. 

Ferry Santa Cruz - San Cristobal 3 PM

We booked 3 ferry’s through this company and it was an easy process and good ferry’s each time. The seats were comfortable and the crew was good. We got to sit on the top with the captain one route, it was a cool experience. 

En los primeros 3 ferrys todo perfecto pero el ultimo no. Claramente fuimos en uno muchisimo mas pequeño, incómodo y lleno de gente con gases del motor a bordo. Si no fuese por esto recomendaría. Creo que nos cambiaron de bote porque al hacer el check in no tenian nuestros nombres.

This ferry (Queen Jenny) is very powerful and smooth in comparison to others.  There are life vests for ever traveler.  The time to load the ferry with people and luggage, using the water taxis, is a bit longer than I would like but is understandable. The ferry left slightly early, as soon as all travelers were available.

This really worked out well and I thank Gaviota for the changing of times and making this happen.  The queen Jenny is an amazing boat and looks well cared for.  The life jackets are substantial and would be great if there was ever an issue, however there is no way you’d be able to ride 2 hours in them. Way too bulky.  
   Great company and great work. 

I really loved my travel with Gaviota Ferry Galapagos and the communication was really great. I was able to make changes in my itinerary which another company (beware “ferry Galapagos”) would not allow me to make changes.  Gaviota was fair, quick with communication and the boats were really in great shape.   
    The Queen Jenny was the nicest of all of the boats and was smooth across the water.  The life jackets on the new Queen Jenny would be great if you had to use them but are completely impractical for sitting with as they have a large block on the back of your neck that doesn’t fit with the seat.  I’d definitely want that if I’m in the water, though for flotation.  
     The gladel was a sad older boat but it did the trick on getting us across from Santa Cruz to Isabela, albeit with many pukers. 
   All in all, the communication was amazing and I was impressed by the company. 

The team was quite helpful with rescheduling my trip from 7am to 3pm. The ride was fantastic even for someone with seasickness. The kids loved the trip. Nice surprise on the snacks too. recommended!

Trip was good. Online booking could have worked better. Payed 40$ for a better boat, but ended up in the normal (which normally cost 30$).
