The Self-Guided Fertility Vacation option provides for a digital copy of our expert travel recommendations in order to help make sure that you can make the most out of your stay in BEAUTIFUL Czech Republic.
Acceptance of this service will also provide for a user code that will allow for a 5% discount from packaged fertility treatment services at the IVF Zlin.
Once the Self-Guided option is selected, we'll reach out to provide the user code referenced above as well as our expert travel recommendations.
Please note that this package does not include the provision of lodging, transportation, food, beverage, or entry/access to events, or any custom itinerary development.
We do, however, offer more comprehensive services that can be selected in order to allow for you to focus more on your fertility goals and while letting us handle planning and execution of the logistics and allowing for you and your spouse to make the most memorable vacation of a lifetime.
Lastly, we can arrange for chauffeur services to provide for transportation from your chosen airport to our partners in Zlin and from Zlin to the respective airport that you would be departing from by acceptance of our "Chauffeur Services" package.
Medical Information Clause
Paths Less Travelled (PLT) and the staff of PLT are not medical professionals and do not claim to be so. They/we are, in no way, responsible for the transmission, storage, review, or interpretation of medical data and request not to receive any medical data.
The medical professionals at IVF Zlin will be solely responsible for receiving, interpreting, and responding to any medical data that is transferred and will, in no way, communicate any personally identifiable information to PLT or PLT staff, except to let us know the time line and blocks required for their proposed fertility plan so that we can possibly integrate an appropriate tour that might compliment said plan.
We are aware that donor egg IVF requires 8 days in Czech Republic and have outlined at which times throughout the treatment plan a patient might need to be at the clinic (as our owners have gone through this process at the same clinic).
All discussions, recommendations, prescriptions,and general information related to medical care are to be solely discussed between you and the medical professionals at IVF Zlin.
Any medical information received by PLT and/or its associates will not be responded to and will be deleted.

- FlightsThis option does not include flights, but we are able to include them at additional costs upon request
- A PLT Guide/TranslatorThis tour does not provide for a dedicated guide/driver/translator. We will help to co-create the experience of a lifetime for you and your partner, but experiencing it will be left up to you
- TransportationWe will put you and your partner in contact with a reputable vehicle rental facility if desired, but acceptance of this package does not include provision of the vehicle or a driver.
- Food And/Or BeverageWe will put you and your partner in contact with a reputable vehicle rental facility if desired, but acceptance of this package does not include provision of the vehicle or a driver.
- LodgingAlthough we will coordinate for reservations at each of the locations that you will be sleeping, it will be your responsibility to check, make payment, and check out at each facility.
- Access To EventsThis package does not include entry/access to any of the events or sites that may be included in the itinerary. Payment for access to these experience will be up to you.
- Custom Tour DevelopmentThis package doesn't include a custom crafted vacation package that is designed to compliment the timelines associated with the treatment plans recommended to you by our partners at IVF Zlin.
- Family Planning ServicesAlthough this is a Fertility Vacation, all family planning services are done through the medical staff at IVF Zlin. We are not medical professionals and do not claim to be.
