This retreat is designed to embrace the abundance of life around and in us. We will be doing daily yoga, meditation, and journaling along with eating plant-based meals and splashing in the waves or climbing up a waterfall.

Itinerary
Driver will pick up group at the airport at 9:30 and will take you out lunch in a local spot. You will arrive around 3 pm at the houses and get escorted to your room.
We will all gather around at night for a welcome gathering. Please bring a journal for a guided meditation & journaling exercises to set intentions for the trip.
