You'll stay at the Pink Palms Maison, a luxury villa built in 1939 and fully restored in 2023, or in one of the three private cottages on the property. The Mission of the Pink Palms is to provide you with a truly authentic Bahamian experience and connect guests with the history, culture, and beauty of The Bahamas. 

The first evening, we kick off your creative journey with an informal Welcome Party, including light hors d'oeuvres, and island cocktails (or mocktails) to enjoy on your first night. There, you'll have the opportunity to meet other participants, mingle, and settle in before we begin our daily sessions.

In your tropical paradise in the days ahead, you'll be encouraged to write and brainstorm, move your body at a leisurely pace, take short nature walks, and become inspired by the natural beauty surrounding you to create content for your business needs.

Q- Do I need to be a writer, designer, or artist to participate? 

A- No. This experience is for everyone with the desire to explore and enhance their creative needs at work and/or in business. Each session is personalized to fit the needs of each participant. Everyone will expand no matter where they may happen to be on their individual professional journeys.

Q- Can I bring a travel partner with me;  friends,  family members, a partner, or a spouse? 

A- Sure! During sessions, you'll need to be focused on yourself but anyone over 18 is welcome to share your accommodations.  We 7 rooms/spaces open to accommodate 8-14 people. 

Q- If my travel companion/s wants to join me in the sessions, will they be able to? If so, do they have to participate in all the sessions?

A-This is a wonderful experience to share with a business partner, friend, or a small group or especially if you'd like to experience it by yourself. It's s not necessary for travel companions to participate, However, if they'd like to join you for any of the sessions, let us know and we are happy to accommodate them too with advanced notice. 

Q-Are meals included?

A-Light hors d'oervres & beverages will be served at our Welcome Party, Continental breakfasts  & farewell breakfast too. The Executive Chef Dinner & Wine Tasting are included too. 

You'll enjoy lunches and dinners (with the exception of our Executive Chef Dinner on Saturday evening) on your own. Experience the local fare at neighboring restaurants, many within walking distance of the Pink Palms. Others, a short taxi ride away. We suggest the nearby Baha Mar hotel for upscale, incredible dining if it suits your budget.  We're happy to provide other restaurant recommendations too.  

Q-Can I book additional nights if I'd like to come early? 

A- Absolutely, just inquire first for availability.  At this time, the dates afterward are already booked but spots are open before the retreat begins. Contact me as soon as possible if you'd like to book a few days earlier for a discounted accommodation rate. 

There are so many things to see and do in the Bahamas to enhance your time on the island of Nassau.

Q-Will I be able to explore Nassau on my own during downtime from the planned events? 

A- Yes. We encourage you to see as much of the island as you can while you're here. 

Nassau is a UNESCO Creative City and is filled with an incredible cultural and artistic spirit. The island's rich history ranges from the Queen's Staircase to the Straw Market, to the artworks at the National Art Gallery, The Hussey Tour, The Current, as well as The National Art Gallery of the Bahamas. And don't forget about the international cuisine offerings. We're happy to offer restaurant recommendations & nightlife venues too.

A note from the owners:

Our 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom villa on Cable Beach in Nassau, the Bahamas is a traditional Bahamian house that has been thoughtfully updated with modern amenities for the comfort of our guests.

The Property itself contains the Mainhouse for up to 8 guests as well as 3 Cottages each for up to 2 guests. The Main Pool is shared between all guests. A Private Pool for the Mainhouse guests is located in the back courtyard.

The Main house features an open-plan living and dining area, perfect for socializing and spending time together. The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, making it the ideal spot to relax, unwind, write, create, or read a book. The dining area is adjacent to the living area and features a large dining table, perfect for enjoying meals together.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances you'll need to prepare your favorite meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar with seating for four, providing an additional space to enjoy meals or snacks.

Each of the bedrooms is thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private balcony with stunning ocean views. The other three bedrooms feature comfortable 2 rooms with queen-size beds, and 1 with 2 twin beds along with ample storage space, and easy access to bathrooms.

The private Jacuzzi on the patio is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the island. The patio is also furnished with comfortable outdoor seating and a BBQ grill, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal and take in the stunning ocean views.

In addition to the Mainhouse, the property features 3 Cottages that can be rented together or separately. Each Cottage features its own private entrance, a comfortable queen-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom.

Guests will have access to a private backyard area, complete with a small private pool - perfect for taking a refreshing dip on a hot day. The backyard area is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, making it the ideal spot to relax and enjoy the tropical surroundings.

In addition to the private backyard area, guests can also enjoy access to a large shared garden area, complete with a pool and Gazebo. This beautiful outdoor space provides plenty of room for guests to relax and soak up the sun, work, rest, create,  etc. while offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Inside the house, guests will find a fully equipped private kitchen, featuring all the modern appliances and amenities needed to prepare delicious meals for themselves and their loved ones. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and more.

For added convenience, guests will have access to a washer and dryer, making it easy to keep clothes clean and fresh during their stay. Parking is available on-site, ensuring that guests can easily come and go as they please without worrying about finding a spot to park.

Other things to note

Please note guests will be responsible for any damages or losses that may occur during your stay. Please make certain the property is left in the same condition as it was upon arrival.

Our host will be on hand to welcome guests upon arrival and show them around. They will also provide additional information about the property, as well as recommendations for local attractions and activities. We strive to be friendly and welcoming hosts, ensuring that our guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.

Policy, Terms & Cancellations for Merge with Nature -Find Your Creative Voice, referred to hereafter as "Retreat".

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS You may cancel at any time, but please note our cancellation policy:

Due to the nature of time-based and capacity commitments with the resort, ALL payments will be considered non-refundable, which includes deposit and final payment. Of course, the exception to this policy is if the Retreat is canceled.

If you are unable attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. 

We understand that unexpected occurrences happen. Due to the possibility of any extenuating circumstances, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover both your airfare and the Retreat cost.

WHY CAN’T I GET A REFUND? Due to time and space commitments with the resort, refunds are not available. Please purchase travel insurance to accommodate any unexpected travel changes. 

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. 

REFUND REQUEST(S) DIRECTED FROM YOUR BANKING INSTITUTION All chargeback notifications received via your bank will be considered a cancellation of your registration at the Retreat.  We will send all documentation, including confirmation of receipt of all travel policies.  Agreement signatures will be provided to the banking institution as confirmation of payment application according to all agreed-upon terms. 

DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT Buyer/Attendee agrees to individually, jointly, and severally indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Merge With Nature - Find Your Voice, l,  and all agents, affiliated and corresponding parties, from and against all liability, loss, damage, or expense, including attorney’s fees which may be incurred or sustained as a result of purchase; during the Retreat,  or hereafter, in perpetuity. 

TRAVEL INSURANCE Unforeseen circumstances can happen to anyone, and if you aren’t prepared, will cause you to miss the Retreat, as well as lose your investment.  It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance.

PAYMENT PLAN You can send as many payments as you like.

The full balance MUST be paid by April 14, 2023.
