This epic retreat is designed to eliminate the distraction we experience in our everyday lives, and fully immerse and connect your mind, body, and soul. A week filled with movement, adventure, surf, relaxation, music, and community outreach will elevate your state of being into one of pure enjoyment and grounded consciousness.
To be a Soulfish is to recognize that we strive to be neither selfish nor selfless-and instead SOULfish: surrounding ourselves with people, places, thoughts, energies, and activities that allow us to show up as our true selves.
