About this trip

This is a fall yoga retreat at Heathen Hill Yoga in the Catkskills Mountains. The property is about 10 acres -- feel free to wander and explore. Hiking, swimming, badminton. The weekend will include 4 yoga classes, two meditation/restorative on Friday and Saturday evenings and two 2 hour vinyasa classes on Saturday and Sunday mornings. There is plenty of space for everyone to hang out with friends, or spend a bit of quality time on your own, inside or outside.

What’s included

The price includes all yoga, accommodations and yoga.

Not included

Dinnertime is byob.

Break away from the endless list of things to do and social media feeds that tell us what we should be doing and how we need to feel. Practice with the intention of grounding and feeling open and receptive. Tune out: get quiet, unwind – and listen. Tune in: address yourself, your needs and wants. Practice to feel good and whole, to feel like yourself. Join NYC based teacher Sangeeta Vallabhan for a long weekend of practice and play.
