Fire & Ice is a five day jungle reset on a private property in Costa Rica, built around one idea: getting you out of your head and back into your body. Days move between hot and cold on purpose, ice baths, saunas, hot tubs and pools, with daily power vinyasa, breathwork in the sauna, workshops, and a group reiki session woven through. Mornings are yours, afternoons are open, and everything is optional. Stop thinking your way through life and start feeling it. Come as you are, leave fully present.
