Rekindle the Fire of your Being; Return to Your Essence.
Peru Retreat | January 10–17, 2026
Within each of us burns an innate fire; the source of our vitality, intuition, creativity, passion, and truth. It is the inner fire that guides us toward what feels meaningful, authentic, and aligned.
Yet through our upbringing, the beliefs of others and the demands of everyday life, this fire can become scattered. Our attention and consequently our fire becomes divided between responsibilities, expectations, distractions, and the constant movement of the outside world. This scattering can leave us feeling disconnected and lacking a feeling of purpose or meaning.
We often give our attention away without realizing that the fire behind that attention is the most powerful and potent force we possess: In the yogic this fire is called Shakti; it is this energy that is the force behind life itself and we each have our own flame to tend to.
Where we place our attention is where we place our life energy. What we direct our energy towards is what we have the power to grow.
When we learn to consciously direct our awareness toward our inner world, we begin to gather our energy back tending to our unique flame, our awareness becomes the fuel that allows our inner fire to expand.
Tending to this flame asks of us to cultivate our awareness of where and how we are leaking energy or even actively giving it away. For us to be able to expand our inner fire we also have to become comfortable holding space for it within; for some of us this can be overwhelming to face the Shakti within us and acknowledge the power we truly have.
Join Matea and Stefan for a transformative week nestled in the heart of Peru’s Sacred Valley. This retreat is meant to guide you to cultivate the awareness and capacity to reconnect with your authentic self, strengthen your inner foundation, and discover how to expand your uniqueness in a meaningful way. Each day is thoughtfully designed to support your journey through yoga and somatic practices, meditation, breathwork, and transformative workshops exploring awareness, embodiment, intention, and personal alignment.
This journey is an exploration of:
-How to gather and focus your energy with intention
-How to strengthen your relationship with your inner truth and intuition
-How to cultivate presence, resilience, and clarity from within
-How to acknowledge and nurture your inner fire, reconnecting to your untapped power so it can become a force of creation and contribution
This retreat is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you really are and creating the conditions for your inner light to shine.
