I invite you to join me, Nicole Laureen from Embodied Expressions, as I guide a small, intimate group of Women in a 7 day retreat through the elements of fire and water, within and without.

This retreat is for Women who are feeling FULL.
Full of stress, anger and grief. Feeling stuck and tired of having to stifle and close down, just skim off the surface of their bubbling emotions, suppress that scream, that emotion. Women who are in need of a safe container to let themselves relax into vulnerability and shift into stability. Women who are ready to release, transform and transition into a deep sense of self, body awareness, safety, strength and resilience. To find their voice, healing, and personal power through expression, connection and grace. We will be dancing through the elements of Fire and water as we expand and contract into knowing ourselves more intimately and feeling empowered to express our fullness.

This retreat will be held at the Stunning Wellness Retreat Centre, Posada Natura, in Costa Rica (40 mins from Manuel Antonio National Park).
Posada Natura is located above one of the cleanest rivers left on earth, Rio Naranjo, and are surrounded by over 1000 acres of rainforest that has been protected and reforested for 30 years.  
Down to the detail, this spacious and open-air palace is the epitome of jungle luxury and provides plenty of space to relax in your down time.  In and around the lodge is where the dining room, kitchen, lounge area, yoga platforms, massage rooms, gift shop, and tea infusions bar are all located. A few steps from the dining area is a beautiful poolside oasis, complete with jacuzzi and shower. If you’re craving something a little more wild, a 30 second walk will bring you to the banks of the Naranjo river.  
Sleeping quarters are two story river front cabinas nestled in the bamboo and lush rainforest. Each of the four cabinas has an upstairs private bedroom with queen bed and an open air balcony overlooking the river. Across the hall is another bedroom with two twin beds. Located on the first floor is our standard shared accommodations with two twin beds.
All cabinas are equipped with private bathrooms, showers, and common seating areas.
All meals are made with love, care and 100% organic and local ingredients. Meals are vegetarian and dairy and sugar free (with optional egg dishes, sourced locally and well-raised). Each meal is infused with vitamins and minerals to deeply nourish and purify our cells and clear our minds.

About Your Facilitator,

Nicole is a Trauma Informed Guide, Embodiment Coach and Sound Healer. Standing strong in her ability to be vulnerable and hold heart connection, Nicole invites and provides a safe, deep and intimate container for the beauty and the pain.
She has been on her own personal healing journey for over a decade, explored, studied and worked with many modalities, traditions and teachers and has achieved a high level of awareness, insight, connection, wisdom and strength. A born healer, teacher and wise woman, she has assisted many on their journey. Intuitive and psychically gifted she is a vessel for divine guidance, emotional freedom and embodied sovereignty. A passionate student of life and teacher of emotional and physical expression, life mysteries and wellness.
