Meeting instructions and reference photo will be sent before your arrival.

WAITING POLICY

• Up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time included after landing.

• Delays exceeding 60 minutes are subject to operational availability and may incur additional charges of $35 USD per extra waiting hour.

• Flight delays exceeding 90 minutes will be strictly subject to operational availability and additional charges may apply if service can be confirmed.

DEPARTURE CONDITIONS

• Pickup time is assigned according to your flight schedule.
• Please be ready 10 minutes before pickup time.
• Maximum hotel waiting time is 10 minutes.
• No-shows may be considered completed services without refund.
• Changes to hotel, flight or pickup details must be reported at least 12 hours in advance.
• Additional stops or last-minute changes may generate extra charges.
• Child seats available upon request and subject to availability.

Airport Pick-Up – Cancún International Airport (Arrivals)

1. Flight monitoring
   Our team tracks your flight in real time to adjust the service in case of delays.

2. Passenger notification
   After landing, please notify us once you have collected your luggage.

3. Driver authorization
   Once your arrival is confirmed, the driver is authorized to enter the official airport meeting point.

4. Driver identification
   You will easily recognize the driver by the official COROSAN logo.

5. Assistance and transfer
   The driver will assist you with your luggage and take you directly to your hotel or accommodation, with no shared services or additional stops.

6. As part of our protocol, a photo will be taken as service confirmation for our office.

Hotel or Accommodation Pick-Up (Departures)

1. Confirmed pick-up time
   Pick-up will take place at the previously confirmed time indicated in your reservation.

2. Punctual arrival
   The driver will arrive in advance at the agreed pick-up location.

3. Waiting time
   The maximum waiting time is 10 minutes.

4. Driver identification
   The driver will identify themselves with the COROSAN logo.

5. Transfer to the airport
   You will be taken to Cancún International Airport with sufficient time for your flight.
