*Travel Protection Plan - The travel protection included is Post-departure (trip interruption) coverage only.  In order to protect your entire trip investment, the option to purchase additional Pre-departure (trip cancellation) coverage is available. Post-departure (trip interruption) coverage is recommended as a minimum. This covers 

participants while they are on their way to, during their stay, and when returning from Europe.  

By rule, each participant must choose their level of travel insurance coverage when paying their deposit and registering for the tour.  Purchasing the insurance when registering eliminates pre-existing conditions. 

Participants may purchase additional pre-departure (trip cancellation) coverage from the 

provider of their choice. For your convenience, we offer group travel protection plans  provided 

by Trawick International.  This plan provides protection for all ages including coverage for trip cancellation (pre-departure) and trip interruption (post-departure) benefits, trip delay, baggage loss, theft or damage, medical expense and emergency evacuation coverage and more. See

TRC has negotiated a Group Airfare offer with American Airlines.  In the Pricing Sections, travelers will be able to click on the Option "Group Airfare Deposit of $100".  The balance of the Group Airfare will be another option, but it need not be selected and fully paid for until May 2023.  

Travelers may also opt to only be a Land-Only Participant, and may purchase their own airfare with no additional fee or penalty from TRC.
