The Firth of Lorne is a marine protected area and much of it is also a special area of conservation. The strong tidal currents and variety of depths provide habitats for a huge variety of wildlife. The Gulf of Corryvreckan is the third largest whirlpool in the world and can be spectacular. There are so many places of interest here that it never fails to disappoint but as with all our trips, the weather is in charge.
