Wonderful experience in a pristine setting. Great yoga session and heart warming people to do some wine tasting with. Would highly recommend!

Amazing time in Greece! Fantastic and beautiful accommodations. Delicious food and wine experiences. Lovely countryside slow living moments. Will never forget the experiences on this retreat.

10/10 for everything! I had not only an amazing time but learned so many lessons and have so many amazing memories from this retreat! My trip to Paros started a little rough with missing flights but Kat reminded me to stay calm, and breathe and everything will work out (and with her help of rebooking flights and finding accommodations, it did!). From there it was smooth sailing. It's so different from the normal vacation - with the boutique hotel, daily movement, going to the beaches, exploring the little towns, and our daily theme that we worked on, I feel like I have a different outlook now (slowing down/wanting to enjoy the simple things in life). Kat and Keegan were the best hosts for this, as well as Stella at Margarita Paros (loved the cooking class and the food!). It's a trip like no other and I'd highly recommend to anyone!
