Start 2024 off with a cleansed energy and deep dive into a revitalizing experience. Nicaragua is the perfect place to reconnect with new people, a new culture, and your inner sense of self. This week will be a wellness retreat for the body, mind, and soul.

Each morning will start with movement of some sort whether it be a hike, yoga, beach obstacle course, or morning surf. We will spend the day exploring the island, zip-lining, journaling, tanning, snacking, or relaxing by the pool, convene for dinner, and enjoy the company of like minded friends. 

My goal is that this week allows people to unplug, forget about small, first world problems, appreciate human relationships, set some New Years goals, and check in with their mental health all while doing so in a cool place.

This is the perfect opportunity to escape for a week, let go of any expectations, have everything planned for you, and enjoy starting the year off with a fresh mindset and new friends!

 Equipped with a sparkling pool, WiFi, and A/C, you’ll be able to enjoy comfortable accommodations without losing the rustic touch that makes Gigante unique and travel so meaningful. 

Yoga + healing sessions will be held between a tropical open space underneath our newly built grand palapa and a cliffside ocean view shala overlooking the bay just south of Playa Gigante.

There will be plenty of time to relax and unwind so feel free to take a moment to relax in one of our day beds or hammock, and appreciate the blue skies

We have a full-service restaurant + bar to prepare meals and beverages during this retreat. Enjoy fresh, locally-sourced ingredients with delicious options for all dietary needs and preferences.

 A colorful fishing village off the beaten path, El Gigante is located just over an hour north of San Juan Del Sur on Nicaragua's beautiful Pacific Coast. The town is aptly named “big foot” when translated from Spanish to describe the gentle green foothills that meet the ocean with such ease. A town filled with untouched beaches, roaming farm animals, and dirt pathways; you’ll quickly remember the importance of slowing down and to embrace living simply.  

The lifestyle and culture here very much embodies the phrase “Take it Easy”. Arriving here feels like taking one long exhale and a chance to just be.

I grew up playing volleyball and love the feeling of being on a team. 

My family owned a Crossfit gym in Arizona and I've been an Orangetheory Coach for the last four years. I love high intensity, group workouts that build a sense of community and push people to their limits! I also love to mix in hot yoga to keep my mindset focused and relaxed.

A legendary surf town lined with surf shops, souvenirs, and some of the region's best restaurants + bars!  Take in the panoramic views of the SJDS bay and see the historic Jesus statue, or Christ of the Mercy, which offers breathtaking views of the Nica coast all the way to Costa Rica.

Start of the day with some adventure and adrenaline with a private ziplining tour that begins with a rad ATV ride up the mountain and through the jungle.  Learn interesting info about the area and the plant-life as the professional guides help you soar through the canopies and feel the joy and rush of being ALIVE!
