Flow and Anchor is excited to announce our return to Menla with our Fitness & Flow retreat! Join Coach Bree & Kim Unity in the Catskills for four days of strength, movement, hiking, and restoration at Menla.
Build strength and endurance through high-intensity, low-impact fitness, balance it with yoga, mobility, breathwork, and restorative practices, and spend time exploring the beauty of the surrounding mountains and trails.
With guided hikes, time in nature, nourishing meals, and plenty of space to connect, recharge, and simply be, this retreat is an invitation to move with intention and reconnect with your body.
Kim
Kim is a 500 hr RYT, Sound Healer, and Reiki master who found yoga as a tool to free her mind and strengthen her body as she was navigating through anxiety, depression, and chronic pain over 15 years ago. When this practice offered her a path home to peace and a door to reclaim her power, she knew she needed to share it with her community and eventually the world. Kim embraces a variety of modalities in her teachings, with energetic and anatomic alignment at the foundation of every practice. She creates a safe space that empowers students to rise beyond any limits of our mind and feel and trust into the power of this moment. Kim encourages every student to come as they are, confident that this practice of embodiment will leave them feeling lighter, stronger, and more playful than they arrived.
Brianna
Brianna is the Manager of SWEAT440, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and IIN Health Coach with a passion for helping people build a healthier, more balanced relationship with movement, nutrition, and everyday life. She believes wellness should feel empowering and sustainable—not restrictive or overwhelming.
Outside of fitness and health coaching, you’ll usually find her spending time outdoors. She loves hiking, kayaking, gardening, and getting lost in a good book. She's happiest when moving, exploring, learning, or simply enjoying the little things that make life feel good.
