I have been in the fitness field for over 10 years and have also trained around the world: in the US, Europe as well as in exotic places like the Dominican Republic and the Mauritius Islands.
I'm Holding a BSc in physical education at Wingate College, and I decided to make my greatest love in life a profession.
I love coaching people, teaching them to love movement, and through exercise helping them make their lives the best there is. My primary goal is first and foremost to convey to everyone my great love for exercise and a healthy lifestyle, and in fact once you are addicted to fitness, sweating and heart rate you will see results that will amaze you - exercise is fun, addictive, and have changed my life.
Finally, I want to ask you to start exercising in the name of health, and the huge benefit you will get through the training, over time you will also start to enjoy it and when that happens, results are around the corner.
