About this trip

Join Jada and Gabby for a weekend of Fitness, Yoga and Goal Setting in beautiful Tomales Bay! It's only an hour drive from SF and we promise you will feel more relaxed and rejuvenated after spending 3 days in nature with this inspirational group.   


With daily fitness routines, yoga classes, hiking, goal setting workshops, and accommodations and food included, you will not want to miss this!

What’s included

  • Room for 2 Nights
    Share a room with a friend or make a new one! All rooms have their own private bathroom/shower.
  • Meals
    We will have a private chef for the weekend serving up delicious, local ingredients. (Please let us know of any food allergies or special requests).
  • Fitness & Yoga Classes
    Jada will be teaching "Elevate style" fitness classes and Gabby will be teaching both Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga classes.
  • Yoga Mats & Props
    No need to bring your own mat (unless you want to). Blocks, Straps and Resistance Bands will also be provided.
  • Hiking
    Enjoy a nature hike on Saturday exploring the area with yoga sprinkled in between. ;0)
  • Workshops
    We will be setting intentions and discussing goals for 2018. Please bring a journal and/or notebook with you for exercises.
  • Transportation to/from
    If you would like to carpool with another member of the group from SF let us know!

Itinerary

Tomales Weekend Getaway
Fitness & Yoga Retreat March 9-11, 2018

Day 1 (Friday): Depart SF after lunch, so you can still get in a half day of work (if you so choose) and drive ~1 hour to Inverness (just outside of Tomales Bay).  We will have an opening ceremony when everyone arrives, and do a short hike nearby before dinner.  After dinner, we will enjoy a restorative yoga class and some guided meditation.

Day 2 (Saturday): Wake up with a jog and bootcamp fitness class, followed by breakfast.  After breakfast, we will explore the surrounding nature with a hike and yoga class.  Lunch will be served before we have an afternoon workshop and some down time.  Our private chef will serve dinner and a selection of local wines.  

Day 3 (Sunday): Get energized with a Power Yoga class, followed by breakfast.  We will have a closing ceremony before packing up and taking lunch with us for our afternoon activity outdoors.  We will drive back to SF in the late afternoon/early evening.

Jada & Gabby
Jada owns Elevate Group Fitness in San Francisco, and has a well-rounded background in Pilates, Yoga, Tabata, Strength and Conditioning, and Dance. Her unique “Fusion Method” is both safe and effective and gives clients a full body workout in just under an hour. Gabby owned Sweat Republic in San Francisco, and received her 200-hour Yoga certification in Rishikesh, India. She believes that fitness should be fun and is a great way to bring people together.
