Friday, Saturday and Sunday, we will offer 3 classes per day of varying levels. Your fully integrated training workouts will include personal attention to form, paying attention to injuries that are holding you back from being successful in your workouts. We strive to give you a holistic approach to fitness to create an exercise experience!
In addition, two days we will have additional off site adventures for you to choose from, or stay at the house and get a spa treatment!
Niya, Jen and Melissa will not only guide you through your workouts, but will provide you with 3 healthy meals a day as well as snacks.
