Days 2-4
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, we will offer 3 classes per day of varying levels. Your fully integrated training workouts will include personal attention to form, paying attention to injuries that are holding you back from being successful in your workouts. We strive to give you a holistic approach to fitness to create an exercise experience! In addition, two days we will have additional off site adventures for you to choose from, or stay at the house and get a spa treatment! Niya, Jen and Melissa will not only guide you through your workouts, but will provide you with 3 healthy meals a day as well as snacks.

Roundtrip transportation to and from the Cancun airport is included in your Fitrip. If you can squeeze in one more workout, we will gather on the beach for a final fitness experience!

I had such an amazing trip with an incredible group of ladies. I enjoyed everything about this trip. You could customize your time by being as active or restful as you needed. Everything was taken care of, so you could easily relax and not have to make any decisions. I'm sure I will travel with this group again. Jen and Niya were amazing hosts.

This was my 2nd FitTrip and it was even better than the first. Jen and Niya bring so much positive energy, confidence and fun to the group, and they are super flexible with the schedule - which is appreciated! The group was larger and more diverse, and it was amazing seeing how everyone clicked. Loved being in Puerto Vallarta vs. Cabo area as well. The extra day that was added to the trip was fabulous, as having 4 full days to be away and just soak it all in was much needed! I highly recommend and am already recruiting friends for next year's trip!

Another great FitTrip in 2026! The Villa was beautiful with incredible rooms and views, the workouts were fun and challenging and food was delicious. Jen and Niya had so many fun activities planned as well and yoga/meditation with Melissa was super grounding—many thanks for all the hard work that went into the experience!

Niya and Jen this trip was amazing so much laughter and great stories so many connections. The villa was beautiful picture perfect. Everyone was happy with the workouts. I spoke to one lady who said she has gone to other yoga retreats but only offerd yoga no other classes or outings. I look forward to next year.
