Friday, Saturday and Sunday, we will offer 3 classes per day of varying levels, in addition to excursions such as a morning run or paddle boarding in Tulum. Your fully integrated training workouts will include personal attention to form, paying attention to injuries that are holding you back from being successful in your workouts. We strive to give you a holistic approach to fitness to create an exercise experience! Akumal offers plenty of off site adventures for you to choose from, or stay at the house and get a spa treatment! Niya, Jen and Melissa will guide you through your workouts, and our chefs will provide you with 3 healthy meals a day so you can relax and enjoy your adventure.
