Exploring Krakow
We will be meeting you at your hotel after breakfast for a walking City Tour of UNESCO Krakow Old Town and Market Square. Afternoon at your leisure. In the evening we meet again in your hotel lobby and together head out to enjoy a Welcome Dinner at a restaurant specializing in Polish cuisine paired with Polish wines.

UNESCO Wieliczka Salt Mine and Silver Mountain Winery Visits
Today after breakfast, touring of the UNESCO Wieliczka Salt Mine is on the itinerary. In the afternoon, we visit Silver Mountain vineyard on the outskirts of Krakow. A beautiful location, overlooking the Vistula river where excellent Polish wines are produced and favored by many. In the evening, we head out to wine bar, KrakoSlow Wines, for Eastern European wine tasting served with regional delicacies.

Touring and wine tastings at Wieliczka and Gaj Wineries
This morning after breakfast we leave Krakow and head out to Malopolska - Lesser Poland countryside for the next two days to continue our Polish wine adventure. On our drive south-east of Krakow, we stop to tour and taste wines and apple cyder at Winnica Wieliczka and Winnica Gaj. This evening we enjoy an authentic Polish dinner at local manor, Dwor Sierakow, paired with regional, organic Polish wines. Na zdrowie! - Cheers!

Wine tastings and tours
After breakfast, we head out to meet the winemakers and tour and taste wines paired with local foods at four local local vineyards: Winnica Smykan, Mieszko, Raciechowice and Pod Bocianim Gniazdem. Evening at your leaisure at Dwor Sierakow or Koziarnia. Enjoy and relax at the Wine Spa - if you're staying at Dwor Sierakow - and other indoor and/or outdoor attractions both places have on offer.

A magical trip! It was a well planned itinerary that met the various interests of the travelers … shopping, points of interest, history, group time and individual time. Group meals were different every time and highlighted typical Polish food offerings. The Wigilia and cookie cooking classes were fun and delicious. I wouldn’t hesitate using Poland Culinary Vacations again for my next trip to beautiful Poland!

Sarna was great! Poland is a beautiful country and it was great to be immersed in the culture, history, food and much more. I would highly recommend this trip and look forward to other Poland Culinary Vacations!

I had such a wonderful time on The Flavors of Lower Silesia and Wroclaw tour. The tour offers the perfect mix of organized tour time with free time. Sarna and her team of local guides provided well-rounded lessons on the region, cooking lessons, castle and cathedral tours, delicious dinners, and a winery tour. Sarna was very accommodating and always happy to answer questions about the area and to make suggestions about what to do during the free time. While in Boleslaweic we were able to tour a pottery factory and make our own pieces of Polish Pottery, as well as shop in the factories and at the yearly festival. I highly suggest booking a tour with Sarna and exploring the beauty of Poland.

Sarna was wonderful! The array and variety of events and experiences was perfect! We participated in a cooking class, pottery class, wine tasting, restaurants, pottery factory tour, city tours, festival - all wonderful! All guides were professional and friendly. I would definitely travel with Sarna again. If only she did all of Europe - heck all of everywhere!

What an amazing trip! I have done a lot of travelling and this tour was the best! I was a solo traveller and felt so comfortable immediately. I booked this trip because of wanting to meet Chef Anna Hurning and cook with her. It was awesome! Chef Anna and Mark were great - I learned so much and had so much fun. The excursions, meals out, hotel selected, transportation were all fantastic - Sarna went above and beyond. She is so friendly and knowledgeable and ensured everything went smoothly and that all our interests and needs met. I can’t wait to do another trip with Sarna!
