Join us on an exciting WINE, FOOD and CULTURAL journey through one of the most beautiful wine regions of Poland - Subcarpathia - in the south-east part of Poland and the annual (usually held on the fourth weekend in August) International Wine Days Festival in the city of Jaslo!

You pick your preferred dates of travel (May thru September) and we make all the arrangements!

Please select two of the following recommended accommodations for your stay:

Krakow – Hotel Stary – 5 star – Hotel, restaurants, wellness & spa or Hotel Unicus Palace – 5 star – New hotel, restaurant, pool & spa.

Meet and greet in Krakow
Meet and greet at your hotel in Krakow in the morning and transfer to Dwor Kombornia Manor Hotel & Spa**** in Subcarpathia region of Poland. On way to Kombornia Manor we'll make a stop at the annual International Wine Days Festival in Jaslo. Attend scheduled, special wine tastings during the festival and get introduced to delicious Polish wines from various regions. Later enjoy dinner and live entertainment in Jaslo. Late check in at Kombornia Manor.

Wine Days Festival in Jaslo, Poland
Today after breakfast, we'll head back to Jaslo to attend second day activities and wine tastings at the International Wine Days Festival. In the evening, enjoy elegant dinner based on local delicacies paired with wines from the Carpathian Wine Salon, located at Kombornia Manor and offering an interesting collection of wines from different wine regions of Carpathian countries such as Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Poland.

Exploring Kombornia Manor Hotel & Spa
After breakfast enjoy Kombornia Manor and it's beautiful park and countryside surroundings all day on your own. Experience relaxing treatments at the ChocoWine Spa or take advantage of the many offerings of the WellnessZone: swimming pool, salt cave, sauna and steam rooms or outdoor activities such as Nordic walking and/or biking.

Visiting Krosno Glass City and Glass Heritage Center
After breakfast, we head out to Krosno, a small town and the glass industry center of Poland. "KROSNO"S.A., founded back in 1923, is the largest glass manufacturer in Poland and a major glass exporter to over 60 countries around the world. We begin our visit with touring of the Krosno Glass City and Glass Heritage Center. The tour begins with a live show of the art of glass-blowing. Wine connoisseurs can also purchase a new set of six meticulously crafted and high quality wine glasses and more at the factory store after the tour. This evening enjoy gourmet dinner at Wino & Talerzyki restaurant in Krosno paired with excellent wines.

A magical trip! It was a well planned itinerary that met the various interests of the travelers … shopping, points of interest, history, group time and individual time. Group meals were different every time and highlighted typical Polish food offerings. The Wigilia and cookie cooking classes were fun and delicious. I wouldn’t hesitate using Poland Culinary Vacations again for my next trip to beautiful Poland!

Sarna was great! Poland is a beautiful country and it was great to be immersed in the culture, history, food and much more. I would highly recommend this trip and look forward to other Poland Culinary Vacations!

I had such a wonderful time on The Flavors of Lower Silesia and Wroclaw tour. The tour offers the perfect mix of organized tour time with free time. Sarna and her team of local guides provided well-rounded lessons on the region, cooking lessons, castle and cathedral tours, delicious dinners, and a winery tour. Sarna was very accommodating and always happy to answer questions about the area and to make suggestions about what to do during the free time. While in Boleslaweic we were able to tour a pottery factory and make our own pieces of Polish Pottery, as well as shop in the factories and at the yearly festival. I highly suggest booking a tour with Sarna and exploring the beauty of Poland.

Sarna was wonderful! The array and variety of events and experiences was perfect! We participated in a cooking class, pottery class, wine tasting, restaurants, pottery factory tour, city tours, festival - all wonderful! All guides were professional and friendly. I would definitely travel with Sarna again. If only she did all of Europe - heck all of everywhere!

What an amazing trip! I have done a lot of travelling and this tour was the best! I was a solo traveller and felt so comfortable immediately. I booked this trip because of wanting to meet Chef Anna Hurning and cook with her. It was awesome! Chef Anna and Mark were great - I learned so much and had so much fun. The excursions, meals out, hotel selected, transportation were all fantastic - Sarna went above and beyond. She is so friendly and knowledgeable and ensured everything went smoothly and that all our interests and needs met. I can’t wait to do another trip with Sarna!
