This refuge, with its favorable coastal location and sub-tropic climate, demonstrates the successful coexistence of nature and technology. Enjoy biking on both paved and hard packed roads with limited traffic exposure in the wildlife refuge.

Titusville, a Florida Trail Town, marks the start of the Tuesday ride. You're gonna love biking on this amazing section of the East Central Regional Trail. You'll find a bike path that's totally bike-friendly and surrounded by Central Florida's stunning nature. With three multi-use trails converging in Titusville, it proudly serves as the central hub for the Coast-to-Coast Trail. The trail extends for 250 miles, linking St. Petersburg to Titusville.
Expect a blend of sun and shade while riding. Discover the charm of "Old Florida" on your journey to Osteen. The ride will end at the Osteen Diner, a nostalgic eatery with a blast from the past ambiance.
Wednesday is a non-riding day, enjoy the day off exploring popular attractions. Each option on the tour includes a free shuttle service. Any fees related to the option you select will be your responsibility.

On the southernmost tip of the Space Coast, you'll encounter the essence of the Atlantic Ocean and Indian River Lagoon. Starting at the Barrier Island Sanctuary, you'll bike along part of the East Coast Greenway. As you cross over the bridge at Sebastian Inlet, take note of the power of the ocean as it enters the Indian River Lagoon. This is where salt and brackish water mix. The trail's end offers an option to bike the Historic Jungle Trail loop.
Try some New York deli style food at Beach Bites for lunch. The extended area is known for its abundant and diverse marine life. You can check out the McLarty Treasure Museum, it's a favorite among riders. Get ready to be amazed.

'River Road' is a top choice among cyclists on the Space Coast as it runs alongside the Indian River. Enjoy a perfect ride on the canopied road with limited traffic, like a drive down a cycling Riviera!
The journey solely takes place on paved county roads with minimal traffic of slow-moving vehicles. Local riders commonly call the River Road the “Best in Class” of the greater Cape Canaveral area.
