Flow Immersion: Asana, Energetics & Creative Teaching is a four-day, in-person training for yoga teachers who want to deepen their relationship with movement and teach from the body with more confidence, clarity, and creativity. Held over Memorial Day weekend in Bozeman, Montana, this immersive experience blends asana, energetics, and embodied flow to explore how thoughtful sequencing, rhythm, and expression shape the student experience—both physically and subtly. Through guided practice, collaborative class-building, movement exploration beyond the mat, and intentional community time, you’ll leave with usable sequences, fresh transitions and variations, a deeper understanding of how people move, and renewed inspiration for your teaching. This weekend is not about memorizing sequences—it’s about learning how to feel, create, and teach from a place that is grounded, expressive, and uniquely your own.
