If you are booking Flowie's Brazil Immersion, this information is very important.

? ABOUT THE PASSPORT AND VISA

1. Do you already have your USA passport? is it valid at least until December 2019? Please check. If you do not have it, please hurry and get/update yours!

2. With your passport in hands, please start the process to obtain the Brazilian Visa as soon as possible: https://brazil.vfsevisa.com/brazil/online/home/index. You will find more information here: http://losangeles.itamaraty.gov.br/en-us/visas.xml.

? ABOUT THE AIRPLANE TICKETS

1. The Immersion will begin on May 26th and finish on June 5th. We cover all the internal transportation inside Brazil, except for the tickets to come to and go from Brazil. Therefore, as soon as you register with Flowie to the Brazil Immersion, you must buy your own round-trip airplane tickets to Brazil. You must arrive in Fortaleza (FOR) on May 25th (or earlier, if you wish) and you will depart from Curitiba (CWB) on June 5th (or later, if you wish)..

2. We will pick you up at the Fortaleza Airport (FOR) and bring you directly to the hotel! The same from the hotel in Curitiba to the airport. Easy, easy!

3. We are completely available to support you in any way you need, including exchange information and ideas if you want to arrive earlier in Brazil or leave later than the Immersion dates.
