Day 6 | October 31
6:30 AM-9:00 AM: Morning Breakfast at Hotel
It’s nearing the end of our Trip in Tokyo and we’re going out with a bang! But first—breakfast. So fuel up before we dive into shopping, entertainment, and a fun Halloween night!
10:00 AM: Meet in Hotel Lobby for a Private Shopping Experience
11:00 AM-3:00 PM: VIP Shopping with Taylor and Sho
For a VIP experience, come with Taylor and Meg Thee Stallion’s former private Tokyo guide, Sho! We’ll skip the touristy spots and explore hidden boutiques, exclusive Japanese streetwear, and unique fashion finds you won’t get anywhere else. This is the perfect chance to buy statement pieces for your wardrobe in Harajuku.
Option A - 3:00-5:00 PM: Change into Halloween Costume at Hotel
If you choose not to do an optional add-on Ouran-Inspired Makeover, then you would head back to the hotel around 3 PM (at the latest) to change into your Halloween costume. After getting ready for your Halloween night, please arrive at the hotel lobby promptly at 5 PM to meet your guide, who will take you to a farewell dinner.
Option B - 2:00-5:00 PM: Ouran-Inspired Makeover in Harajuku (*this time frame is an estimation and is not based on appointment availability at Esperanto Studio)
Ever dreamed of a glamorous Japanese-style makeover and photoshoot? Esperanto Studio (tried and loved by me) offers stunning transformations with options for retouched photos to take home. Whether you want to channel a Harajuku doll, a gothic queen, or an elegant kimono look, this is your chance for a unique photoshoot while in Tokyo (must be booked in advance on your own as an add-on).
*Please note, if you choose to book your own optional Ouran-Inspired Makeover, you will have to leave the VIP Shopping Experience in the early afternoon. There will not be enough time for you to go back to the hotel to change into your costume, so you will have to bring your Halloween costume with you on the VIP Shopping Experience and change into it after your makeover at Esperanto Studio. Please contact the manager at Esperanto Studio to request permission to do so.
6-7:30 PM: Farewell Dinner at Corn Barley
Before we head into our big night out, let’s slow down to enjoy a complimentary farewell dinner. This is the perfect time to relax, reminisce on our favorite moments, and soak in our last full night together.
7:45-9:45 PM: Group Karaoke in Shibuya
Karaoke in the heart of Shibuya for an all-you-can-drink singing session. Whether you’re belting out Beyoncé, anime openings, or early 2000s throwbacks, this is going to be a night to remember. A photographer will also be joining you for about 4 hours while you are at Karaoke and afterwards as well to capture content and memories of your final night in Tokyo!
After Karaoke:
Shibuya Halloween is legendary—thousands of people in wild costumes filling the streets, clubs, and bars. If you’re feeling the energy, we can take it to the next level and hit up some clubs with Sho (as an optional add-on) to fully experience Japanese nightlife. This is our last night in Tokyo—let’s make it unforgettable!
*Please note that new regulations prohibit foreigners from drinking in public and gathering around Shibuya Station on Halloween.
