We get lost in the busiest market of Accra, discovering new flavors, new shapes, 

and new scents. Then we head to a Master Class where we will learn how to cook the famous Jollof rice.

We create our own fufu bowls the traditional way.

In the evening we discover the famous Osu Night Market and eat a selection of dishes mostly enjoyed in the evening by locals.

We taste Accra's most popular street food and drinks by stopping at kiosks that are considered to be the best for locals.

Later, we learn how to prepare modern cocktails using local alcohols.

 We visit a farm and learn the production process of some local ingredients such as Millet from planting to harvest, before settling at a table to enjoy a delicious dinner.

 We learn how chocolate is produced from cacao seeds to delicious delicacies.

Finally, we end the week at a fine dining table where we revisit a selection of dishes and ingredients discovered earlier during the week with a modern twist.

 We part ways after enjoying a Ghanaian-inspired brunch.
