Welcome to Río Chirripó, a sanctuary with mystical views of Mount Chirripó that's nestled in a pristine valley alongside the fast-flowing Chirripó River. This is the highest mountain range in Costa Rica, and the fresh mountain air, moderate climate and lush cloud forest are perfect to clear your mind. About Río Chirripó

- morning mysore practice - afternoon handstand &amp; backbend workshops - evening pranayama, meditation, and time for introspection/self-study There will also be a day where we go into the town for a local, cultural tour. All levels are welcome. Marla and Justin will be in touch before the retreat. If you are new to ashtanga, we recommend you start your (included) membership to Sādhaka Studio and familiarize yourself with the sequence to get the most out of your time with us.
