ForeGals is giving the golf community the trip of a lifetime to relax, unwind, connect with your inner self, and golf in the heart of Costa Rica!
Whether you just want to learn how to play golf or improve your skills, this retreat is for you. Retreat with us to enjoy five nights and six days of recharging, connecting, and golfing with like-minded women.
What’s included
- TransportationTransportation to and from Liberia + transportation to all group activities listed on the itinerary. Drinks included.
- Private MansionFive nights and six days at a private oasis tucked in the coast of Costa Rica, walking distance from sandy beaches, tennis courts, gym, and activity center.
- Gourmet MealsWholesome gourmet meals prepared with local ingredients daily, and paired with wine and cocktails. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included daily with the exception of one lunch.
- Morning YogaMorning yoga sessions to set the intention for the day.

- Two 18 Hole Golf RoundsEnjoy the beautiful scenery playing eighteen holes.

- Night On The TownEnjoy an evening with the ladies in Tamarindo. Dinner, fire show, and one drink included. Experience some gift shopping in the eclectic town.
- Manifestation DinnerA special dinner focused on manifesting and connecting. Live music and tarot card readings.
- Beach DayEnjoy a day at the beach and private time to do as you please.
- Waterfall ExcursionTake a trip into the jungle to explore two of Costa Rica's most magical waterfalls.
- FlightsRound trip flights to and from Liberia airport will not be included in the package.
- Select MealsAll meals are included with the exception of two lunches to give ladies the opportunity to venture out into town at their own leisure to try local foods and explore.
- MassageMassagesDeep tissue and relaxation massages will be offered upon request but not included in the total price.
- Private Golf LessonGolf lessons will be offered upon request but not included in total price.
