Forest Therapy is inspired by the Japanese practice "Shinrin-Yoku". The science invites us to reconnect with our own being and heal hand in hand with Mother Nature.
Forest Therapy is an experience. It is open-ended; there is no prescription of what a person "should" experience, or what benefits they "might" receive. Instead, it is an experience of developing an ever-deepening relationship of reciprocity, in which the forest and the practitioner find a way to work together in a way that supports each other's wholeness and well-being. In Forest Therapy, there is a defined sequence of events that take advantage of the many opportunities for creativity and discovery offered by the natural environment and the individual inspiration of the guide.

"Modern diseases and stress have a direct relationship to our divorce from the natural world."- G.H. Lamas

Forest Therapy is an experience. It is an experience that consists of developing a relationship of ever-deepening reciprocity, in which the forest and the practitioner find a way to work together in a way that favors the integrity and well-being of each other. The forest can boost the immune and cardiovascular systems. Also the mood, emotional and cognitive state of the participants improves in a natural environment. This activity is perfect when we go through periods of stress or need to increase creativity because our body is recharged with the good energetic vibrations that the natural world has. This is due to the fact that human beings are fundamentally related to nature.
