Join Tonya on an experience of a lifetime in Bali for this 6 night, 7 day yoga retreat and watch your heart soar! Yoga is a true healing balm, but so is travel; moving around in a space unfamiliar to you, immersing yourself in the culture of others, is also healing. It’s eye opening and fills you with gratitude and a sense of wonder.
Tonya will guide you to observe the calming effect a consistent yoga practice can have on your mind and spirit and how it gradually changes your outlook off the mat. You will be more patient with others, and more importantly, with yourself.
In addition, you will walk away with the skills and confidence needed to take a yoga class anywhere. We will learn the fundamentals of a strong practice, and also discuss the little things you need to do to ensure you make time for yourself and your practice each week or each day, if you choose. We will explore the root techniques that form a strong practice by studying the postures of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations). An understanding and mastery of these asanas (postures) is key to building the requisite strength, stamina, mobility and flexibility needed for a strong personal yoga practice. Each participant will start where they are and receive individual attention until they are satisfied and ready to go to the next step.
But be sure, the retreat schedule leaves plenty of time for you to enjoy the island, the shopping, the temples, the food, the waterfalls, and the amazing spas, all with a group of people seeking to experience the same light and peace in their hearts as you are.

Tonya Johnson believes EVERY body can benefit from yoga. Aside from the proven physical benefits; yoga heals the mind and the spirit.
Tonya is a Georgia based yoga instructor that offers a variety of local group classes, small group sessions and one on one yoga training. She is a registered and certified yoga instructor (200 hour) and has enjoyed a personal yoga practice for over 25 years. She was previously certified as Yogafit instructor and was an ACE certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with her own business in New York. After experiencing the tremendous life changing benefits of yoga, both on and off the mat, she decided to advance her training in order to share this great practice.
Tonya’s classes encourage moving with strength and power while listening to the body and gently exploring its “edges.” She particularly enjoys teaching the fundamental principles that comprise this sacred practice to those that previously felt yoga was not for them.
Surrounded by lush green rice-fields with views of sacred Mt Agung, our retreat centre offers a tranquil and private space for your retreat in a self-contained setting. This luxury property is only a four minute drive from downtown Ubud but will feel like a world away. Each room is only steps away from the surrounding rice fields and opens onto a private deck with outdoor seating. Equipped with AC and fans with locally produced organic bath products, bathrobes, slippers and daily housekeeping. The lounge looking over the infinity pool is a lovely spot to enjoy meals, and relax during any retreat down time.
A $500 USD Non Refundable deposit will secure your spot on the retreat or you may choose to pay in full. The remaining balance is due June 25, 2019 (A reminder will be sent). Failure to make payment by June 25, 2019 will forfeit your spot on the retreat. Full payments made after June 25, 2019 are non refundable.

1. Who can attend this retreat?
Our retreats are for everyone! It doesn't matter what your age, gender, race, weight, height, flexibility and level of experience is - the practice of yoga is for every single being. New to yoga? We all have to start somewhere and retreats are the perfect space to start and/or grow your practice. Don't worry about how advanced others may be and remember this journey is yours, take all the time and be patient with yourself. If you're new, let us know so we can make sure our teachers are prepped to assist you.
2. I've never travelled before and I don't have anyone to go with. Can I come alone?
Yes!! Before you go, we are here to guide you and get you prepared as much as possible for this retreat and travel experience. With us, you're never alone! We set up a group chat to communicate with one week prior to the retreat to check in and update each other as you start your travel from where ever you may be. We'll pair you up with a roommate, who will most likely end up being a lifelong friend. You may come alone, but you'll end up leaving with a community of like minded people who will forever be connected through this experience.
3. What do I need to pack?
30 days before your retreat, we'll send you a guide of what to pack and bring.
4. What type of travel insurance do I need and why is it mandatory?
Your insurance will need to cover emergency medical and trip cancellation/interruption. This is to protect you in case of any unforeseen circumstances either before or on your retreat.
5. Do you offer monthly payment plans?
Yes! Once you've paid the deposit amount, the remainder of your balance can be split and paid by the remaining months left until the full balance is due. For example, if the total retreat is $1,800 USD and you pay your $500 deposit in November - starting from December to June (7 months) you will pay a monthly fee of $186 USD.
